All parties involved with recruitment, Annual Review of Competence Progression (ARCP) panels as well as other Deanery matters must have completed Equality and Diversity Training within the last two years.

The Severn Deanery has licences for an on-line training package with Unicorn Training which can be completed at convenience.

A Manager's Guide
