Introduction Mailtalk Home Page Sending messages Commands
NB Mailtalk has just upgraded its software (July 2008). The pages above will soon be amended where necessary. SWPH-EDUCATION, the training and education mailing list - support pages
"SWPH-EDUCATION", a closed e-mailing list has been created and designed to improve communication among trainees and to foster discussion on topical issues.
All trainees are subscribed to the list after induction and are removed from the list on completion.
Such mailing lists are used widely by academic and professional organisations, special interest groups and public bodies, including many in the health service.
A mail list is simply a list of the names and e-addresses of trainees. It may be used to discuss work with other list members, share news, collaborate on projects and publications, announce conferences, arrange meetings or just to keep in touch with colleagues.
You can join in the talk, start a discussion, or just listen.
It is also intended to use this list to circulate current information and occasional information bulletins of possible interest to list members. All messages are archived on the Internet. list members (and only list members) can search this archive.
Before you start using the list for the first time, a quick browse through the pages linked above is recommended.
The list is administered by Callum MacLeod, Web Developer, swph-education.org.uk.
